This policy describes how Pacific Coast Re-Bath ("we," "us," or "our") uses SMS / text messaging to communicate with prospective and current customers. Pacific Coast Re-Bath is a trade name of M2 Investments, Inc.

Opt-In and Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from Pacific Coast Re-Bath when you request a bathroom remodel consultation and agree to be contacted by text through any of the following channels:

Messages are about your own inquiry: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications about your bathroom remodel consultation.

No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data

Pacific Coast Re-Bath does NOT share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or message content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information remains with Pacific Coast Re-Bath and is used solely to communicate with you about your inquiry, appointment, or active project.

We may use trusted service providers (such as our SMS infrastructure provider) to deliver these messages on our behalf. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for any purpose other than message delivery.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. You can typically expect approximately 2–10 messages per month, primarily during the active inquiry, scheduling, and project phases.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you reply STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications from Pacific Coast Re-Bath unless you re-subscribe.
