This policy explains what information Pacific Coast Re-Bath collects from homeowners who ask us about, or hire us for, a bathroom remodel, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our web forms, our phone lines, our text-message programs and our project portal.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address and the address of the home to be remodeled.
• Project details: the work you are interested in, photos or measurements you share, design selections, quotes, contracts, schedules and payments.
• Communications: calls, text messages and emails between you and our team, which may be recorded or logged for quality, training and record-keeping. California is an all-party-consent state and our recorded lines say so at the start of the call.
• Website usage: standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics about how our pages are used.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm your free in-home consultation, and follow up about it.
• To carry out your project once you hire us: scheduling, installation, service requests, receipts and your project portal.
• To send the text messages described in our SMS Communications Policy, only after you have opted in.
• To meet our legal, accounting and warranty obligations.

Text messaging and your mobile information

You opt in to text messages by checking the optional box on our web form, by giving verbal consent on the phone or in person, or by agreeing to the text-message clause in your remodel contract. Message frequency varies (typically 2–10 messages a month while an inquiry or project is active). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Who we share information with

We share only what is needed to do the work you asked for: our installers and service technicians, our scheduling, messaging and payment providers, the Re-Bath franchise system for warranty and product purposes, and financing partners you choose to apply with. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your mobile phone number, your text-message opt-in or your message content with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP at any time. You can still reach us by phone or email.
• Calls: tell any of our team members you would rather not be called, and we will mark your record.
• Your information: email info@pcrebath.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where the law allows.

Retention and security

We keep project and contract records for as long as warranty, tax and legal obligations require. Inquiry records that never become a project are kept only as long as they are useful to answer you. Access to our systems is limited to staff and providers who need it, and our systems are protected by access controls and encryption in transit.
