These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your inquiries, communications, and in-home consultation services with Pacific Coast Re-Bath ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent franchise of Re-Bath, LLC. By providing your contact information through any channel listed in our SMS Communications Policy, you agree to these Terms.
Pacific Coast Re-Bath is a trade name of M2 Investments, Inc, an independently owned and operated franchise of Re-Bath, LLC. We are not the corporate Re-Bath entity. Service quality, pricing, scheduling, and warranties for projects in our service area are the sole responsibility of Pacific Coast Re-Bath / M2 Investments, Inc.
We provide free in-home consultations, design recommendations, and bathroom remodeling installation services within our service area on the Central Coast of California. A consultation does not constitute a contract or quote until a signed agreement and pricing have been executed in writing between you and Pacific Coast Re-Bath.
By providing your phone number or email through any channel, you consent to receive appointment-related and follow-up communications from Pacific Coast Re-Bath about your bathroom remodel inquiry via phone, SMS, and email. Full details — including frequency, opt-out instructions (STOP), HELP keyword support, and message/data rate disclosures — are described in our SMS Communications Policy.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our SMS Communications Policy. Pacific Coast Re-Bath does NOT share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or message content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may cancel or reschedule a free consultation at any time prior to the appointment by replying to a confirmation message, calling (805) 485-5888, or replying STOP to opt out of further communications. Signed project agreements are governed by their own cancellation terms as stated in the agreement.
Free consultations and any preliminary estimates provided during them are offered without warranty as to specific pricing, materials availability, or project timelines. Final pricing, scope, and timelines are set out in a written project agreement signed by both parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Coast Re-Bath's liability for any claim arising out of an inquiry, consultation, or communication is limited to direct damages and excludes incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability for executed project agreements is governed by the terms of those agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our communication channels after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
